3. Use of the Website and Services
My Urban Limo offers chauffeured transportation services. You can book a service through the website by providing your pickup and drop-off locations. The fare for the service is based on the route or the time you schedule the service for. You can also choose the type of vehicle you want at the time of booking.
When you request a service, My Urban Limo will find a driver who best meets your needs based on your location, destination, and the type of vehicle you requested. My Urban Limo may communicate with the driver to monitor the trip, provide directions, or for other reasons My Urban Limo deems necessary.
You can also request a service for someone else. In this case, you can provide the details of the passenger, pickup and drop-off locations, and track the route through our notifications.
If you have a complaint about the service or the driver, you can contact My Urban Limo through our helpdesk.
My Urban Limo is not a provider of emergency medical transportation services. In case of an emergency, please call emergency services.
You agree to behave respectfully towards the drivers at all times. My Urban Limo reserves the right to cancel any service if a passenger is rude, abusive, disrespectful, threatening, or otherwise behaves in a way that is objectionable.
My Urban Limo’s services are provided by affiliated third-party companies. The drivers are partners and affiliates of these companies, and not employees of My Urban Limo.
My Urban Limo may cancel any service or change or discontinue the availability of services at any time in its sole discretion.
4. Payments
You can book and pay for services through the website using a credit or debit card. The fare will be charged based on the type of service (point-to-point or hourly) and the type of vehicle you select. The total fare will be shown before you confirm your booking. The total fare will be automatically charged to your credit or debit card one day before your scheduled service. You will receive an electronic receipt with the details of the transaction and confirmation of the service. If you request additional services after booking, those services will also be charged to your payment method.
If you have any questions about your bill, please contact us through our contact information or contact your payment platform’s customer service.
If your card is declined, you will receive an error message and no payment will be charged. Your card may be declined for various reasons, such as insufficient funds or an incorrect security code. You will need to provide an alternative payment method in order to book a service.
